Let the darkness draw you in. In the summer of 2023, we were thrilled to be asked to create a custom title sequence for a horror television series that hooked audiences with stylistic terror from the get go. Impacted by the writer's strikes, the project was tucked away in a drawer. Hooking its claws around escape, we're proud to now present the delightfully macabre work our team created for the show.

Creative Process

After reviewing a multitude of scripts, we selected one that struck the perfect balance between chilling and darkly fun. Our direction was to hint at the episode’s theme, keeping it intriguing yet mysterious.

We set out to craft a sequence with bite, combining Houdini FX with custom, sculpted 3D assets that we textured and animated to highlight the credits and main show title.

Our key objectives included incorporating the show’s recognisable theme music and credits in the signature font. Drawing inspiration from previous episodes, we matched the established pacing to maintain consistency and respect the series’ style.

As dedicated fans, we were thrilled by the opportunity to contribute. We poured our skills into creating a sequence that was carefully crafted, respectful, and true to the show’s spirit.

We blended high-end CG art with photography, intertwining all elements seamlessly through composition.
